FRIENDS OF BALLURIO

May 15, 2001, Manassas, VA
Hello everyone, I'm back with a couple of new things to tell you about this month.  For those of you who missed last month's newsletter, you can click here to read it.

New Reviews

Well, I finished my new Press Kit (a copy of it is on my web site) and have been sending out copies of my CD for review. It has been an interesting experience since I'm probably like most artists who fret over letting other people critique me. But the nail biting has been worth it just take a look at my most recent reviews:

More Guitars?

I know that this is very early in the negotiations but I am rather excited about it so I thought I'd tell you what has been happening.  As many of you know, I have a penchant for collecting guitars. I am always looking for the one with the right voice so I tend to keep a few hanging around the house, hoping that each one will become "the guitar" (you can see a few of the guitars here). Recently, I found a manufacturer who has designed a very interesting guitar with all the right "bells and whistles." I have now been in contact with the company's Vice President.  He has listened to my music, seen my press kit and now we are talking about possible endorsements. Hopefully, my next CD can say, "ballurio plays " ?" Guitars." I'll keep ya' up to date on the possibility and even answer the question.

New CD

Work is continuing on the new CD, the new studio is very conducive to creativity. I have completed a new piece for the CD and am working on the second.   Now if I can only get my hands on that guitar....

Again,  thanks for listening and your interest, Rock & Roll!   - KB
